We strongly recommend that you register your new tires with Milestar Tires promptly after purchase. It enables us to contact you directly in the event of product safety-related recall.
What you’ll need in order to register:

  • The tire registration form that you received from the dealer
  • The DOT numbers on your tires

The rest of the required information on this tire registration helps provide Milestar Tires with the data to contact you if necessary, and will not be used for marketing purposes.

    The DOT number is located on the lower sidewall on one side of the tire following the word DOT.
