Working at Tireco is truly a great experience. Working for a company that allows professional growth is what happily keeps me here at Tireco for over 12 years. I started as a receptionist got promoted to the customer service and claims department and now I get to support a whole new sales region, the opportunities I have received are countless! It is easy to get caught in the moment and lose perspective when life is moving so quickly, but it’s refreshing to know that I work for a company that allows me to have a work/life balance. Not only do I get to work in a place where mission statement is not just something posted but it is practiced daily but I have also met great people along the way. What an incredible ride!

I started at Tireco in 2009 as a Senior Collection Analyst. Over the years I have learned a lot, thanks to great managers who have provided me fantastic training, guidance, and support. I have grown professionally because of their leadership. Tireco is fast-paced and dynamic company that has provided not only growth but also a sense of security. Now, I am a Credit Manager that leads a great team of professionals who demonstrate exactly what this company looks for in Team Members; professionals who are customer service oriented, team players, eager to learn, and driven to excel. This world is constantly changing, and you have to be able to keep up with change to “remain in the race”. Tireco continuously finds ways stay innovative and keep the pace.

One of the most interesting aspects of my position is hearing about a new tread in a product meeting, seeing the tires arrive in the warehouse then watching sales soar.
